CarePlace – a great way to profile your service
Ealing Council’s adult social care staff now use CarePlace (www.careplace.org.uk) to find information and services to meet their residents’ needs.
CarePlace is a web based information and advice directory packed with useful information sourced from NHS choices and Money Direct to help residents make informed choices about support and care available to them.
CarePlace is also a service directory profiling and promoting organisations. Residents can search by name or by category (for example help at home), type in their postcodes and access a broad range of information as well as a list of local organisations that could help them remain at home.
Is your organisation promoted on CarePlace?
CarePlace will be launched to Ealing residents in June once the site has been redesigned and easily accessible on mobile devices and tablets. Get your information on CarePlace before the launch so that local residents can benefit from the support you offer.
By registering, you get a free directory profile which enables you to describe your service, add pictures and locations and link back to your own contact number, email and website if you have one.
