Lloyds Bank Foundation

Lloyds Bank Foundation invests in charities supporting people to break out of disadvantage at critical points in their lives.

Their funding programmes offer short and long term grants. Support is adapted to the needs of small and medium sized charities that are committed to delivering work which breaks or prevents cycles of disadvantage

The Foundation believes that people have the remarkable capacity to overcome the barriers of disadvantage if given the right support and opportunities.

They therefore focus on supporting charities that help people facing multiple disadvantage to move forward with their lives. By providing both financial and practical support, they aim to deliver lasting positive change.

As one of the leading corporate Foundations they seek to deliver changes to practice and policy through our grant making. They understand the challenges charities face, and use our sector experience and knowledge to offer long term funding for core and development costs.

Presently there are two funding programmes:

Invest

Long-term funding of core or delivery costs for charities working to deliver clear outcomes for disadvantaged people.

Enable

Grants for specific organisational development to strengthen the effectiveness of the charity
