CANBE Community Radio

Every Monday, between 3pm and 4pm, we present a local community show on Westside Radio.

Our show includes:

• Round up of interesting local and national news, with a focus on providing information about new opportunities for people to have their say or get involved in helping to make decisions.
• Discussions of issues which are important for lots of people in the local community.
• Interviews with local decision-makers to enable local people to ask questions and hold them to account. These include senior councillors and council officers, the police, primary care trust and local MPs.
• Interviews with local people and groups who have ‘made a difference’, sharing their tips on how to achieve change.
• Publicity and interviews with local campaigners who are looking to raise awareness about their campaigns.
